Fortune 50 Senior Vice President

My business experience began with a Fortune 50 financial services firm, acquiring top-notch skills in financial analysis, sales, and client relationship management over a 15-year career, making over 1,000 corporate customer visits, and eventually being named a Senior Vice President on the Risk Management/Capital Markets team.

Small Business President

After working with the Fortune 50 firm, I then served as the President of a small business success story. Working directly with the owner and leadership team, this company achieved an average of 18% growth annually for 14 years, resulting in total growth over that timeframe of 1,350%. While the company’s performance and results were great, the real icing on the cake was winning a Top Workplace award for 7 consecutive years and bringing home top honors in the categories of Direction, Management, and Employee Appreciation during those years. Here, I facilitated 36 quarterly offsite retreats, as I truly grasped the essence of strategic growth and scaling.

Private Equity-Owned Company Leader

Because of its strong growth and successful performance, the small business eventually sold to a private equity firm in 2018 and I joined the new firm, holding two different positions during my time there.
